Besides of manual backup copies FaJo TimeTool allows to configure periodic backups of the session database. In case the session database gets corrupted or data have been deleted by accident such a backup copy can be used to restore a previous state.
To restore a backup copy please follow the steps below exactly:
- remember the path and filename of the session file under "Settings I"
- exit FaJo TimeTool
- copy the backup under the original files name (see step 1) into the original files directory (see step 1)
- start FaJo TimeTool
Note: Never delete, overwrite or modify the currently active database file while FaJo TimeTool is running. The database file my get unrecoverable corrupted.
